and DDA seek proposals
on two key Downtown sites
The
City of Trenton and
the Downtown Development Authority are seeking development proposals
for two key sites near Downtown Trenton’s main intersection.
The
sites being marketed for development are the proposed “Trenton
Village Square” project at the southwest corner of West Jefferson
and West Road, and the former site of the Stokes Building, which
is located between Café West and Ramsey’s, also on
West Jefferson just north of West Road.

Trenton
DDA believes downtown design guidelines’ will play important
role in business district’s success.
Over the past
couple years Downtown Development Authority members in Trenton have
frequently discussed the issue of developing a set of “design
guidelines” for the city’s central business district
area along West Jefferson Avenue.
